About Marios
Marios Ellinas grew up on the island of Cyprus, where he served as a Green Beret in the Cypriot Special Forces. At the age of twenty, he moved to the US and enrolled in college with the intent of pursuing law. Marios committed his life to Christ during his first year of college. He then underwent a divinely-prescribed transformation process that completely altered his plans and led him to full-time ministry. Marios is enjoying a rich life and fruitful service, due to his supportive family, his outstanding mentors, his diverse cultural background, and above all, his continual encounters with the God of the Bible.
Marios and his wife, Danielle, serve as the lead pastors of Valley Shore Assembly of God. They head up a growing body of passionate and committed followers of Jesus in their pursuit of a deeper relationship with the living God.
Marios and Danielle live in Old Saybrook, Connecticut with their three children and an ever-fluctuating number of chickens.
